This process took place over several stages :

participatory process. Publicising the initiative,

explaining the issues, objective and method.

Participatory public session in «World Café»

format

Collecting ideas from residents, raising their

problems and the experience of local stakeholders,

finding answers to questions about the future :

« How can we reduce waste production ? What

operators, facilities and resources are needed ? »

Online participation period

Through a form alternating multiple-choice

questions and free expression spaces to collect

suggestions, needs and creativity.

Validation of proposals submitted

Citizens are invited to use an online multiple-

choice test to rate and prioritise a summary

of actions proposed in the previous stage, for

example: « Having container return systems that

give you a reward for sorting certain types of waste

(cans, bottles, etc.)» or «Increasing the number of oil

collection containers».
