The MED-InA approach

Municipalities

More info

3 pilot municipalities (Irbid in Jordan, Carcaixent in Spain and La Marsa in Tunisia) have benefitted from the

support of experts to define their Zero Waste management plan, modifying existing practices to incorporate

sorting, collection and collective composting facilities.

This was achieved by involving the residents concerned as much as possible, in order to match the realities of

the ground, equipment and behaviours, and win the support of users.
